What to expect?

Our first stop will be the caves of Cacahuamilpa. We enter through the huge rock door to contemplate the majestic scenery formed by the erosion of the water and the movements of the earth. We will walk through the corridors and enjoy the sensation of penetrating the mountain to discover figures of animals, faces, buildings, and the customs of the Chontal tribes to honor their Gods of the Underworld.

Later we will go to the magical town of Taxco to eat the local food at the Hotel Monte Taxco, like Mole Rosa, Chalupas de Tixtla, or Sabana Plateada, and we will descend the cable car at the end of our lunch.

Once we arrive at the main plaza, you will be received by our local guide, who will explain the history of the Temple of Santa Prisca, which is a clear example of the fact that the town retains its colonial Novo-Hispanic baroque style. We will take a small rest to visit the silver shops and walk through its squares. You will have free time to walk around and take your time to get to know the downtown and its cobbled streets.

At the end, we will return to Mexico City.

Note: Not suitable for people who suffer from back problems, claustrophobia, or pregnant women. Suitable for adults and children who can take long walks.
