What to Expect
-We will start at the Anahuacalli Museum to contemplate the offerings of its Day of the Dead altar. Every year, this museum dedicated to the work of Diego Rivera tries to surpass itself with spectacular assemblies that, between the end of October and the beginning of November, dye color one of the most anticipated nights of the year
-we will continue this night tour in Xochimilco. In this neighborhood full of canals, located south of the Mexican capital, we will enjoy a ride in trajinera. Surely you will be surprised by the color of these traditional boats, which will be decorated with a special decoration for the Day of the Dead.
-During two hours of crossing, we will know the most famous legends of the Day of the Dead.You will taste typical products consisting of two tamales, chocolate and bread of the dead
-Concluiremos el paseo en trajinera por Xochimilco volviendo al muelle de partida. Desde allí, regresaremos finalmente hasta el punto de encuentro
Note: If you want to wear a typical Day of the Dead makeup, you can hire this extra indicating it in your reservation two days before the activity. The cost of this additional service is 300 MXN per person.
